About us

We are  a group of enthusiastic scientists who believe that science can be done anywhere and everywhere. 

We are Section 8 nonprofit organization registered in the State of Uttarakhand for the sole purpose of benefiting the society by posing new scientific questions and solving them for the benefit of the public. Our research is published in a high quality international journals and is recognized by the global academic community.

To propagate and advance excellent research environment and nurture young talents in the areas of basic and applied science guiding future generations in the spirit of scientific, technological, and cultural innovation.

· To carry out research in the selected frontier areas of basic and applied sciences

· To provide research opportunities for talented students to carry out short-term research projects

· To organize summer and winter schools for the young undergraduate and graduate students

· To publish research articles in high impact scientific journals

· To file patents on research findings of potential commercial applications

· To promote collaborative research with active scientific academic groups domestically and abroad

· We seek cooperation with existing scientific and educational organizations to establish joint projects supported by Government of India research funding as well as private funding in the specific area of basic and applied sciences in common research areas. 

· We provide training and research direction to students that will result in publications in reputable domestic and international scientific journals, which will prepare students to enter advanced degree programs in internationally recognized educational institutions. 

· The potential partner organization can serve as a host organization for grant proposal application or provide an affiliation to HIAS such that HIAS can serve as a sole applicant with joint affiliation.
